In the name of God aman, I William Hamilton of the County of Madison and  State of Kentucky.  Perfect sense and memory of mind do make this my last will and Testament.  First of all I commn my soul to almighty God and as for what world; it hath pleased God to bestow on me in this world, I do  distrubute them in the following manner.  I do give and bequeath unto my son Patrick Hamilton ten shillings current money to him and his heirs.  For all the residue of my estate both rail and personal and after the payment of my lawful debts.  I desire to  be eq. devided among the rest of my children, towit, Mary, Isabellah, Easter and Ealiner (Ellender/Eleanor) to them their and hair fore  I do hereby constitute and appoint William Tincher, William Hamilton Tincher and Samuel Tincher Executors of this my last will and testament and I do hereby revoke all former wills and do declare this to be my last will and Testament.  In witness whandif  I hair her unto set my hand and seal this 28th day of June in the year 1800
